When Can I Expect My Order?

Our carrier is UPS. Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 business days if all items are in stock. Imperial Color ships product from forty different warehouses located all over the U.S. Generally all items are shipped from the location nearest to you.

Example:

If all items are in stock then you should receive your order the next business day if you are located within these areas.

  • Charlotte, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Gastonia, and Rutherford (Next business day) 

Imperial Color currently delivers to any address in the United States. We don't ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the United States.

Will I be charged a shipping or delivery fee? 
All orders over $45.00 will be shipped for free (excluding furniture).
Imperial Color charges a flat rate of $8.00 for all orders less than $45.00 minus and shipping and taxes.

Can I pay by check?

We currently accept checks. However, all returned checks will be charged a $25.00 return fee. 

Can I pay by credit cards?

Yes, you can pay by credit card through PayPal invoicing sent to you via email by Imperial Color.  

Can I order items COD?

No, we do not ship COD.

How do I modify an order?

An order listed as Open, In-transit, or Shipped cannot be modify add to, changed, or canceled.

How do I cancel an order?

You can return the items back to Imperial Color for a refund. However, we charge a 20% return fee for all returned items plus any shipping cost. All items must be in perfect condition with no damages of any kind.  Items are non-returnable once they have been opened, regardless of the reason for return. Imperial Color will not issue a refund for a check that was written for any merchandise until it has cleared the bank. No refund on shipping charges.

How do I return a defective product?

If you received a shipment that's damaged please let the UPS driver know upon arrival and ask him or her to wait while you open the product and check for any damages. Please contact Imperial Color as soon as you notice that there's a problem usually within three to seven business days. We guarantee all imaging supplies within fourteen business day. The defective product must be returned in it's original box so that we can return it to the manufacturer. A replacement can be shipped to you immediately if item is in stock.  

Will I be charge a late fee for balances? 

Payment is expected within 15 business days from the date of the invoice. Any payment not received within these terms will be charge a 1% late fee. The undersigned agrees to pay any fees such as attorney, collections, and late fee charges. By signing the application for terms you agree to all terms as written. Open account will be suspended for any past due balance. 

Please notify Imperial Color as soon as any changes need to be made to account such as address, phone number, or contact person.
